This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your participation in our training programs. By enrolling in our courses, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

This information is collected when you enroll for our courses or when you contact us through our website or other communication channels.

1. Enrollment and Registration:
To enroll in our computer training courses, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to accept or reject any enrollment application at our sole discretion.

2. Course Materials and Intellectual Property:
Each and every exclusive course material, not limited to textbooks, software, and online resources, provided by the institute are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use the course materials solely for your personal educational purposes and may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

3. Payment and Fees:
The fees for our computer training courses are clearly stated at the time of enrollment. You agree to pay the specified fees in full and on time. Payment methods, including accepted forms of payment, due dates and Monthly installments will be provided to you during the enrollment process.

4. Attendance and Participation:
You are expected to attend all scheduled classes and actively participate in the training sessions. If you are unable to attend a class, you must notify the institute in advance, if possible. Missed classes will not be refunded or rescheduled, except under exceptional circumstances at the institute’s discretion.

5. Conduct and Code of Ethics:
You are expected to conduct yourself in a professional and respectful manner during all training sessions and interactions with instructors and fellow students. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination from the training program without refund.

6. Certification and Completion:
Upon successful completion of the training program, you may be awarded a certificate or other acknowledgment, subject to meeting the specified requirements. The institute reserves the right to withhold certification or completion if you fail to meet the program’s requirements or violate any terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability:
The institute shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the training programs or use of the course materials. You must agree to release and indemnify the institute, its instructors, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, demands, or liabilities arising out of your participation in the training programs.

8. Amendments and Termination:
The institute reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and such changes will be effective upon posting the revised Agreement on our website. Either party may terminate this Agreement in writing for any reason, subject to any obligations or liabilities incurred before the termination. By enrolling in our computer training courses, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you should not proceed with the enrollment process.
